 We offer a courier service (delivery to your door only) for bulky items at a set price of £49 UK only, we also offer for smaller items a standard parcel service for £14. Please contact 0844 584 2794 for further details.

Returns

 In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item, simply call our dedicated customer returns line on 0844 854 2794 and book the collection.  You must call us within 7 days of receipt of the goods to qualify for your return.  We can have your item collected free of charge and we will refund within 7 days of receiving the goods in good condition.  We cannot, however, refund the initial postage charge on your order, but the full cost of the item will be refunded.  To qualify for a refund, you must return the item in its original packaging and request the return within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
