Your Recliner will arrive flat-packed and require simple home assembly. Packaging is new and unopened.

Returns Policy:

Exchanges will be given on any damaged items as long as they are returned unused, without signs of assembling/ alteration or tampering and in the the condition they were received, buyer must notify us within 48 hours of receiving item. (Once assembly has been started no claim will be considered)

All goods must be inspected on arrival and then signed for appropriately (Any damaged items must be signed as damaged). 

 When returning any items back to us any delivery costs incurred must be paid by the buyer.

Additionally, our postage costs will be deducted from any amounts refunded.

We will require photo's of any damages,along with the part number supplied in the instructions. If your item arrives damaged,it is at our discretion to replace only the damaged part/s or to completley exchange the item,this is done at our expense.

IF AN ITEM IS NOT RETURNED TO US IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION THEN WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ISSUE A FULL REFUND.

Unfortunately we cannot deliver to the Scottish Highlands or Islands.
