All of our items are supermarket undelivered stock. The outer packaging may show some signs of transit wear, however we check every item to ensure that the product inside is perfect - unless otherwise stated.

Our lines are open between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. We respond to all emails within these hours. Please note we are closed on weekends, hence if you email at the weekend you will receive a response on Monday morning.

We can accept payment by Paypal, Postal Order, Cash on Collection and Personal Cheque (your item will experience a delay when paying with personal cheque for cheque clearance time).

If payment is not received within 48 hours of an order being placed (unless agreed prior to order) then an unpaid item will be opened against you.

COLLECTION Collection is available from our 4000 sq ft warehouse in Swan Business Centre,Bolton, Lancashire. Please arrange collection via ebay message, email or phone prior to arriving at the warehouse, this gives us the chance to make sure someone is available to help you at the specific time you are looking to arrive. There may not be someone on hand to help if you turn up without arranging prior.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS Our aim is to keep our customers 100% happy. If for ANY reason you change your mind or are not happy with the product, within 7 days of your order or receiving the product from us we will issue a refund – this refund will be made within 30 days (excluding P&P) upon receipt of the returned goods - no questions asked. Unless you are returning the item because it is damaged you must pay the postage for retuning the item.
